Do you travel?

All my sessions are located at either the Fargo studio and surrounding downtown/uptown location ~ or ~ Outdoors in the Mayville area (approximately 1 hour North of Fargo, in Traill County). Any location outside of Fargo or Traill County, mileage (along with travel time) will be charged.

Advertising

Your images are considered property of Sara Lovro Photography and may be shared as previews on my website and social media. This is my form of advertising and allows me to keep my fees unchanged. If you would like me to refrain from tagging you in the images for privacy (sometimes the case with newborns), or images are sensitive (such as foster children), please discuss prior to your session.

Your images will never be used for print publication/advertising without written consent.

Please ask! ~My previous website crashed, I don't know, but something happened and I haven't figured it out, so I quickly threw together THIS website and I might be forgetting to include something ..... So, again, please ask .....

After the Session

You can expect a preview (or two!) from your session within 24 hours.

Your Proof Gallery (unedited images) will be ready to view within one week from the date of your session and will be available for two weeks for you to make your image selection.

Your Image Collection Gallery (chosen, edited images) will be ready to download within two weeks from the date of your image selection.

*If these time frames need to change for personal reasons of the photographer, you will be notified.

Will I receive a Copyright Release?

No.

This is in order to avoid printing your portraits through any kiosk, super center, or other low quality printer.

However, you DO have the right to print anywhere online that specializes in portraits (No copyright release required). I've put in the research and have a couple favorite websites to share with you. Both companies, offer high-quality at an exceptionally affordable rate:

www.paperculture.com (Announcements, Greetings, etc...)

*These are merely suggestions. If you find another online company you would like to use, be my guest. Just keep in mind, "You get what you pay for" when it comes to quality and service. Have any questions about another company? Please ask! I may have some insight.

Session Availability, Mon-Fri

The "Loft" Studio sessions are scheduled between 10am and 2pm, depending on the type of session and time of year.

Outdoor Sessions in Mayville are scheduled between 9am and sunset.

*Not available for weekend sessions.
